Abstract

Abstract: Physical fitness standards have been identified as an important tool for assessing the current state and teaching effectiveness of a Higher Physical Education curriculum. Through the use of reliable and fundamental research methods, the main purpose of this study is to develop standards for assessing physical fitness for female students studying Volleyball at Ho Chi Minh University of Banking. The research results are expected to be used as a basis for adjusting the current curriculum towards perfection and quality improvement. The research results have selected 05 suitable, scientific and reliable tests in assessing the physical fitness of the research subjects (r˃0.8 at p<0.05; Cv<10%). The research results also successfully built 01 standard classification table, 01 scoreboard and 01 composite scoreboard in assessing the fitness level of the research subjects.
