Abstract: On the basis of studying the current situation of managing teaching activities in the direction of developing students’ capacity in primary schools in District 6, Ho Chi Minh City, the article proposes a number of measures to manage this activity; in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching activities in the direction of developing students’ capacity, contributing to improving the quality of Education and Training in the locality.
