Abstract

Improving the quality of research, compiling textbooks and teaching materials for Social Sciences and Humanities at academies and military officer schools, is under the influence of rapid, complicated and unpredictable developments of the world and regional situation; objectives and tasks, according to the viewpoint of the 13th Party Congress in education, training, and scientific research. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly grasp and properly apply the Party's direction and viewpoint and revolutionary practices, regularly and consistently maintain political orientation, and synchronously implement solutions to contribute to improving the quality of education - training to meet the requirements of army building in the direction of revolution, regularity, elite and modernity.
