Teaching for the development of cooperative learning competency for students

Abstract

Cooperative learning is one of the important soft skills in the process of globalization, becoming a mandatory skill that students need to cultivate and develop in the current period of educational innovation. Therefore, teaching towards developing cooperative learning competence has been a development trend with many advantages and high efficiency of education in the 21st century. The article presents some basic theories of cooperative learning, requirements of teaching towards the development of cooperative learning competence and proposes some principles of applying teaching towards developing cooperative learning competence for students.
