Abstract

Research to clarify the factors affecting the psychological compatibility between officers and soldiers on Navy ships is an important basis for proposing measures to develop psycho-social development of psychological compatibility between officers and soldiers. officers and soldiers on board the Vietnam People’s Navy. Psychological compatibility is considered only a measure of solidarity, a condition for forming a healthy positive psychological atmosphere on board. Going back, if possible, the lack of psychological compatibility between the army and the soldiers will lead to disunity, the drums will beat and overturn, causing conflicts between them.
