Abstract

Implementing the General Education Program 2018 requires the team of primary school teachers to have the corresponding new qualities and competences. These new qualities and competencies are only available in teachers through the process of fostering, self-improvement and experience in the process of educational activities following the new general education program. The article presents the goals and contents of primary school teacher training to meet the 2018 General Education program in Ho Chi Minh City.
