Abstract

One of the key issues in the implementation of the new general education program is the capacity of teachers. This article, on the basis of analyzing the competency framework of teachers implementing the general education program, as a basis for proposing some measures to improve the capacity of teachers, contributing to improving the quality of education. lower secondary education in the current period.
