Abstract

Building a civil service culture in the school is an educational activity of the value system; cultural standards help school members to have the right perception, thoughts, feelings, and good behavior, practice. Show a culture of healthy behavior, thereby ensuring the quality of the school’s education. In order to build a civilized and modern school culture while still preserving the national cultural identity, leaders and managers must really become exemplary models of public service ethics and communication, behave in the educational environment to orient and lead agencies and units to build a standard, professional, modern and humane public service culture in schools. Civil service culture therefore becomes an important issue to build a civilized, modern, clean, healthy and beautiful school environment. It is very necessary to organize the development of training programs on civil service culture for leaders and managers of the Education sector because these are the people who have a strong influence on the development of agencies and organizations. Therefore, the organization of training courses on public service culture for leaders and managers of the education sector will contribute to building a standard school culture, a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity.
