Competence and quality education for 5th grade students according to the 2018 General Education Program

Abstract

Personality is considered as a unified whole between qualities and competences (virtue and talent). Therefore, the process of developing quality and competence must be balanced and compatible according to the tendency of virtue and talent to harmonize with each other "Complete Virtue". Disproportionate virtue and talent will result in an incomplete personality. The article presents the competence and quality education for 5th graders to approach the 2018 General Education Program.
