In order to improve the quality of management, teaching and student education, building a specialized team in the direction of “a learning organization” is considered an effective solution. The article initially mentions the following basic issues: The concept of professional group management in the direction of a learning organization; characteristics of specialized groups are organized in the direction of learning organizations and some measures to build specialized groups in secondary schools in Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province in the direction of learning organizations.
