An investigation into self-study activities of first-year English students at Faculty of Foreign Languages, Dong Thap University

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to survey the learner autonomy activities of first-year English students at the Department of Foreign Languages, Dong Thap University. The results show that the majority of students are aware of the importance of learner autonomy, especially in university. However, there are still some difficulties in this process.
