Abstract

Career-oriented education activities and streamlining students after lower secondary school need to innovate methods and forms so that students and parents can clearly understand the benefits of attending vocational training schools; At the same time, it is necessary to realize that career orientation and student classification is not only a problem of the education sector, but also a common responsibility of the whole political system, social organizations and the community. This article, proposes measures to manage the work of career orientation and distribution of post-secondary students to meet the requirements of human resource development in Soc Son district, Kien Giang province in the new context.
