Abstract

English reading comprehension skills are one of the basic skills that are focused in the process of teaching basic English for students of pre-school education at Hai Phong University. In fact, the English language learning of non-specialized students at Hai Phong University still has many limitations, especially in reading comprehension skills. From that fact, the article has proposed and applied a number of measures to improve English reading comprehension skills for non-specialized students, contributing to improving the quality of English language teaching and learning at Hai Phong University.
