Methods of teaching English reading comprehension skills for students at Tan Trao University

Abstract

Reading Comprehension Skill is one of the most important key factors to studying English well. Besides 3 other skills, (Listening, Speaking and Writing) reading is considered the ‘blood cells’ of English. However, students’ reading techniques in general and students of pedagogy economics in particular is not good enough. In order to overcome this weakness, the article mentions some techniques that learning English reading skill effectively and makes suggestions on effective teaching and learning.
