Instructing students majoring in Preschool Education at Hoa Binh College of Education to design STEM/ STEAM educational activities for preschoolers aged 5-6

Abstract

To meet the innovation requirements of education in the current 4.0 era, the STEM/STEAM educational model is taking place very actively and is of interest to many educators. The inclusion of STEM/STEAM in early childhood education is the first step for children to learn and experience life in the most intuitive way. Through hands-on activities, children apply necessary knowledge and skills related to the fields of science, technology, engineering, art and math to help their learning become practical and meaningful for children at the present time and in the next stages. This is a scientific foundation for children to apply in daily life.
