Research on the role of trade unions in raising political consciousness for young cadres at Nha Trang National College of Education

Abstract

Before the new requirements of education-training, trade union activities, stemming from those requirements, the political theory education for young cadres of the Trade Union at Nha Trang National College of Education needs to focus on a number of contents such as educating and informing the young cadres to be aware of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, developing and strengthening trade unions, learning from experience to further promote trade union activities. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, trade unions cooperate with political organizations to raise political consciousness for young cadres.
