Enhancing the working motivation of lecturers at Vietnam National University, Hanoi in the reform of higher education.

Abstract

The article explores the current situation of assessing work motivation of lecturers of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy - Hanoi National University. The research results show that there are a number of strengths and limitations in terms of job characteristics, training, fostering and career development opportunities, regimes and policies, benefits and working environment. The research results are a practical basis to help the school leadership and policy makers issue policies, plans and measures to assess the work motivation of lecturers accurately, scientifically and reasonably.
