Gender difference in career choice orientation of students at Thai Nguyen University

Abstract

Career orientation is understood as the fact that each individual makes his/her own future career choices. These options need to ensure that they match your interests, abilities, personality, family conditions, etc., and other factors related to each specific occupation such as job opportunities, income level. Men and women have significant differences in their career choices, and there are many factors that contribute to these differences. The following article is the result of a survey on career choice orientation of Thai Nguyen University students, with a sample size of 600 students currently studying at 4 universities in Thai Nguyen city including: University of Economics & Business Administration; University of Science;
English School; University of Industrial Technology, thereby drawing gender differences in career choice orientation of Thai Nguyen University students. Research data were processed using SPSS 16.0 software.
