Developing technical training programs at vocational education institutions according to CDIO and implementation capacity

Abstract

Vocational education plays an important role in developing human resources, particularly in cultivating high quality human resources. Therefore, building a vocational education training curriculum requires meeting the requirements of job positions in society and employers. Building curriculum according to the CDIO (Conceive; Design; Implement; Operate) approach and the necessary capabilities is essential to meet the standards set forth. In this article, the authors analyze the necessary perspectives for building a vocational education training curriculum using the CDIO approach and necessary capabilities, aiming to provide effective training at vocational education institutions.
