Assessment of skills to be equipped for students at National Academy of Public Administration

Abstract

The National Academy of Public Administration is one of the application-oriented, multidisciplinary and multi-field human resource training institutions providing for the civil service and society towards the goal of training human resources, high-quality workforce, equipped with sufficient skills, forming self-reliance and creativity in professional expertise. The article analyzes and synthesizes training practices associated with application orientation, thereby making judgments about new levels of skills, and also clarifies new skills for students to be equipped right from the training process at school.
