Abstract

Students in professional educational institutions in general and colleges in particular have to face a lot of pressure, affecting their psychological life, further affecting their self-improvement and development. Therefore, they are always in need of counseling and psychological support. One of the forces that play an important role in psychological support counseling for students in colleges and universities is the homeroom teacher - academic advisor. The article points out the role and responsibilities of counseling and psychological support for students of form teachers - academic advisors in colleges, thereby suggesting a few measures to improve the efficiency of counseling and psychological support for students by form teachers - academic advisors.
