Abstract

Educational values are always appreciated. University-level human resources need to meet both factors: Talent and Ethics. Knowledge is Talent - it is also a valued system (the measure is qualification). But often when it comes to educational values, people refer to the Ethical side. Ethics is met with many factors, but the module “Vietnamese cultural foundations” is a subject that helps students have desires and skills to understand the cultural characteristics that they are attached and preferred to.
