Abstract

Experiential activities play an important role in helping to close the gap between the educational content in the classroom and the real life of students. This article explores the actual situation of implementing the content of experiential activities for 6th-grade students at junior high schools in Gia Rai town, Bac Lieu province through theoretical research and methods of collecting information by questionnaire for 43 administrators, teachers, and 102 students of grade 6. The results showed that administrators, teachers, and students assessed the level of implementation of the content of experiential and career orientation activities at a good level. Secondary schools in Gia Rai town, Bac Lieu province carry out career-oriented experiential activities that focus on self-directed content. Social and organic content circuits do less. Schools in Gia Rai town, Bac Lieu province can refer to this research result in implementing the content of the program of experiential activities and vocational guidance at the secondary level.
