Abstract

New curriculum and textbooks put great pressure on high school form teachers, requiring them not only to innovate teaching methods and forms, but also the organization of learning activities. High school is a period of improvement in the quality and competence of students. The article presents the development of the teaching staff atf High School in Hoang Mai Town to meet the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program.
