Abstract

The article assesses the current situation of management and construction of school culture in junior high schools in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City to meet the requirements of educational innovation, from a survey of 118 management and teachers. pellets. The survey results are processed by us in percentages to analyze and evaluate the current situation. The research results show that there are still many shortcomings in building school culture in junior high schools in Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City, this situation has a basis for proposing management measures appropriate to improve the quality and effectiveness of school culture in these local secondary schools.
