Developing a contingent of teachers to teach natural science at secondary schools in Binh Duong province

Abstract

To successfully implement the 2018 general education program, developing a team of teachers to meet the program is a mandatory and decisive management measure. This article presents the current situation of natural science teachers at secondary schools in Binh Duong province, thereby proposing a number of management measures for principals of secondary schools to develop the team. A team of natural science teachers meets current practical requirements.
