Abstract

Improve the quality of training on Team Commanding for lecturers in the Department of Team Command in general, and young lecturers in particular have an important position and role in the training process; contribute to ensuring the uniformity of the teaching staff, and at the same time, it is the basis for perfecting the skills of team command for the current young faculty of the Department.
