Fostering the competence to develop relationships between schools, families and society for non-public primary school teachers in the current context

Abstract
On the basis of determining the factors affecting the capacity building of the relationship between family, school and society for non-public primary school teachers, the survey results are obtained from the use of this method. A survey on 61 managers and teachers of 11 non-public primary schools in Cau Giay district, Hanoi confirmed that capacity building activities to develop relationships between families and schools. and society for non-public primary school teachers are influenced by objective and subjective factors, the influence of the subjective factors is greater than the influence of the objective factors.
