Current status of management of joint in-service training activities at the Center for Continuing Education in Lam Dong province

Abstract

Link training to implement training policy according to social needs, mobilize the potential of higher education institutions and other resources to train human resources to directly serve the needs of local socio-economic development. However, the management process in general and the management of joint training activities in the university system of working and studying in particular still has many shortcomings. From the basis of theoretical research and practical survey, the article points out the current status of management of joint training activities in the university system of both working and studying at the Center for Continuing Education of Lam Dong province.
