Abstract

The content of General Educational Program 2018 has so many changes in all three school level. In which, in Primary School Experiential activity is a compulsory activity. Experiential activities play a very important role, considered as the key to realizing learning with practice, learning by doing, learning to solve practical problems in life right in the classroom or in school. This activity is considered as a method to develop creative capacity, help children gain knowledge by themselves, educate morals - physical - aesthetic, develop feelings, attitudes, build beliefs and social standards society, behavioral principles, forming qualities and life skills for themselves. Through experiential activities, contributing to the realization of primary education goals, capacity development for primary school students.
At primary schools in Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City, with the awareness of absorbing the 2018 General Education Program, primary school teachers have been equipped with knowledge and skills to organize experiential activities. in schools. However, the management of capacity building activities to organize experiential activities for teachers to meet the requirements of the General General Education Program 2018 still needs many improvements. The article proposes some measures to manage capacity building activities to organize experiential activities for teachers of primary schools in Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City.
