Issues of financial authority at Vinh University of Technology Education in the new situation.

Abstract

In the context of the general financial difficulties of universities, the policy not to increase tuition fees in academic year 2023-2024 and posssibly longer leads to great financial difficulties for Vinh University of Technology Education. From studying the experiences of solving financial problems of universities with successful autonomy models, the article proposes some solutions to effectively promote existing resources to solve current financial problems of Vinh University of Technology Education.
