Abstract

Elective Physical Education is a curriculum that applies basic sports to meet the needs and interests of students. The purpose of this study is to select the basic means of improving physical fitness for a group of female students studying elective Physical Education in Badminton at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, through the research results. to improve teaching effectiveness and perfect the current curriculum in a way that is appropriate and responsive to professional and social needs. Research results have shown that after 1 semester of experiment there is a growth when applying exercises, the experimental group is better than the control group and there is a statistically significant difference at p < 0.05. The change in physical fitness at the level of good, good grades increased markedly.
