Abstract

In recent times, due to the innovation equirements requirements of the 2018 General Education program, teachers still confused about designing the lesson plans to develope the ability and qualities of the learners. So, the article proposes the process for designing lesson plans to promote the positivity and initiative of the High Schools Literature leaners and also gives illustrative examples to clarify it. The article’s contributions will help teachers to exploit different ways of organizing their teaching process in order to conduct differentiated teaching and develope leaner’s capacity.
