Applying a system of exercises to appreciate story works through teaching reading comprehension for 3rd graders

Abstract
The 2018 General Education Program has only been banned and implemented in recent years, so the issue of teaching reading comprehension in the direction of developing students’ literary appreciation capacity is still quite new and requires research and development. Many additions in terms of theory as well as methods. In addition, educational practice still faces many difficulties in guiding students in reading comprehension and in developing students’ ability to perceive products. We propose a system of high school guidance exercises for 3rd grade students to fully and comprehensively learn the content of readings in Vietnamese, the Creative Horizons book series.
