Abstract

The article presents a number of theoretical issues about the emotional management capacity of the trainees of the detachment-level officer training at the Military Academy of Logistics. Propose a number of psycho-social measures to develop students’ emotional management capacity, contributing to developing the qualities of knowledge of emotion management, moderation attitude, objective assessment, and skills. ability to recognize, control, and control one’s emotions. Contributing to improving the quality of learning and training, forming the personality of Army Logistics officers, fully meeting the output standards of the Academy.
