Fostering excellent students is an important educational task in high schools. For secondary schools, fostering students is a key activity in the school's educational activities. Fostering students in secondary schools contributes to improving educational quality. This article presents measures to manage and foster excellent students at secondary school level in Tu Ky district, Hai Duong province to meet the 2018 General Education Program.
