Abstract

It has been easy to assume that testing is an important tool in educational research and for program evaluation. That is why the study is aimed to design a progress achievement English for Finance and Accounting objective test for 1st year students of Faculty of Foreign Languages at Academy of Finance. The test is considered a periodic test of students’ progress before they finish the first semester of their first year. Then the results of the test will be analyzed, evaluated, and interpreted to see whether or not the test satisfies the qualities of a good test.
