Abstract

Fostering the digital content creation skills for young people is considered one of the important contents to meet the requirements of digital competence in the current digital transformation context, thereby affirming the role of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in implementing the goal of "National Youth Union Program to 2025, orientation to 2030". Training activities contribute to improving the quality of young human resources, creating a dynamic, creative and competitive environment for young people in all fields, leading the digital transformation.
