Abstract

Child-centered education is a progressive educational perspective on the position of children and the role of teachers, contributing to orienting the operating process and building an educational environment in preschools. The teaching staff is the force that implements educational goals, playing an important role in determining the quality and effectiveness of education. Therefore, strengthening and fostering the professional quality of the teaching staff helps teachers to be strong in their professional skills, have good moral qualities, and have a new pedagogical style to promptly meet the innovation trends of the current education system. This article presents measures to direct teachers to improve the quality of organizing learning activities for preschool children from the perspective of child-centered education.
