Abstract

In the context of international integration, along with the strong development of digital technology today, we are gradually forming a behavioral culture in cyberspace. The proof is that the fact that we spend time participating in and using cyberspace is becoming an indispensable daily habit of every person. However, in recent times, the culture of behavior in cyberspace is a matter of concern, because of statements and comments that lack standards, are not in line with morality, good customs and traditions of the Vietnamese people.
