In traditional teaching, testing and assessment are often considered the final step. With this process, the inspection and evaluation work has revealed many limitations. In modern teaching, testing and assessment should be considered an important step throughout the teaching process. In addition to presenting the theoretical basis for testing and evaluating towards developing learner capacity, the article also analyzes some specific illustrative examples in testing and evaluating IT subjects at Viet Tri University of Industry.
