Fostering teamwork skills for first-year students at the campus of Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment in Thanh Hoa province

Abstract

Students are the elite force of society and an important foundation in the country’s development process. Therefore, improving the level of thinking, the ability to evaluate practical problems as well as perfecting soft skills during the study and work process is extremely important. Solidarity, discipline, respect for the common good, for the sake of the collective, are the necessary qualities of an intellectual in the new era. Currently, coordination, solidarity, and teamwork skills are a trend that every student needs to participate in during the learning process, as well as career orientation for themselves in the future.
