Abstract

Developing self-study capacity is a goal towards innovating teaching and learning methods in universities in general and technical universities in particular. Students’ self-study plays a very important role in determining the quality of their output, and this is also a factor that directly contributes to improving the quality of training at universities. Besides, self-study also contributes to improving students’ intellectual activities in absorbing and understanding new knowledge, training students to think independently, creatively, and solve problems. This article presents the solution “flipped classroom in practical teaching” with the goal of developing self-study and proactive capacity of engineering students.
