Abstract

The mission of schools in general, and high schools in particular, is to educate ideology, politics, economics, ethics and law... to contribute to building and developing the personality of learners. . In particular, Citizenship Education is a subject that "plays a key role in helping students form and develop citizen awareness and behavior. Through lessons on lifestyle, ethics, law, and economics, Citizenship Education contributes to fostering students' key qualities and core competencies of citizens, especially emotions. , beliefs, awareness, and behavior in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations, have life skills and courage to study, work, and be ready to carry out civic responsibilities in the cause of construction. building and protecting the Fatherland and integrating internationally" [2, p.3]. The article presents the role of Citizenship Education in building and developing the personality of high school students.
