Improving the quality of accounting practice training for students majoring in Business Accounting at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment

Abstract

Finance and accounting training in general and accounting in particular is one of the fields of great concern. This field is also in the group of professions with the largest number of students. But in reality, there is currently a shortage of highly qualified employees in this industry. This poses a challenge for training institutions for professions in general and the accounting industry to improve the quality of training, especially practice-oriented training to provide the market with personnel who have just mastered theory and practice of accounting.
