Abstract

The teaching ability of teachers at NQU is a specialized form of ability formed and developed in practical teaching activities and plays a decisive role in the quality of teachers' teaching. Research results show that the educational capacity of teachers at NQU is currently influenced by many factors. Identifying and clarifying influencing factors is an important scientific basis for implementing solutions to develop teaching ability effectively and sustainably.
