Measures to train communication skills for technical students at Vinh University of Technology Education

Abstract

The article will focus on clarifying the importance of communication skills for engineering students and identify the communication skills that need to be trained for engineering students: Listening skills; Expression skills; Writting skill; Presentation skills; Teamwork skill; Conflict resolution skills; Non-verbal communication skills. The article has also proposed a number of measures that can be applied to improve communication skills for technical students, to help them grasp and develop effective communication abilities. These measures not only focus on providing basic knowledge about communication, but also promote regular practice and training.
