Applying Holland’s theory in career counseling for 9th graders

Abstract

The issue of streamlining students after secondary school is important for each individual and the whole society. Career guidance focused from the middle school level will help students have enough time to explore themselves and think to make career decisions. Help students choose the right combination of subjects at the high school level. In this article, the author proposes measures to apply Holland’s theory in career counseling for 9th grade students.
