Current status of extracurricular practice in sports and chess of students at the University of Education Ho Chi Minh City Sports

Abstract

Through research, it has been assessed that the level of interest and participation in extracurricular sports of children is very rich and diverse. The students are very interested and participate in a lot of extracurricular exercises in exciting, bustling collective sports, popular sports that are loved by many people and have high physical training value such as Volleyball. , Football\, Badminton, Swimming, ... Regular level of participation in extracurricular sports of students. Chess has not really created interest, Chess has a preference rate of more than 2/5 of the interviewees (44.17%). Among them, students do not feel interested in practicing Chess (92.50%).
