Elements constituting the legal culture of young officers in infantry regiments in the Vietnamese People’s Army

Abstract

The issue of fostering legal culture for young officers in infantry regiments in the Vietnam People’s Army is a process of lawful interaction between subjects and young officers, leading to qualitative transformation. The legal culture of young officers in infantry regiments is in an upward direction, contributing to helping them successfully complete the unit’s goals and mission requirements.
